Trauma Informed Theraputic Services
Initial Consultation

These are just some of the questions you may be asking when considering therapy. Lets chat about these and more. An initial consultation contact is available for 15-30 minuets at no cost.
Individual Therapy
Therapy for individuals ages 18 and above. Adolescent services are considered on a case by case basis. Services are primarly held via telehealth and in person services in the San Antonio area can be arranged.
Presentations
I am available for presentations and trainings for small groups and conference level attendance. Presentations include psychoeducation on addiction and trauma along with interventions to help promote healing. Trauma informed care and practices are also available for presentation and training.
